When Will I Receive My Order?

The shipping times of the handmade products you have given from Quiposhop may vary. For example, if it is a product that requires personalization for your personal or pawed friend, the shipping time of this product is 1-2 days on average. If you have ordered a product that does not require personalization, your order will be shipped the next day. Depending on the country where the cargo will be sent, it is delivered by the cargo company within 7-11 business days on average.

I don't like the product. I want a return or exchange. How should I proceed?
